由国际未来教育协会（IFEA）联同多家学院及私人界推出一项“在职 + 学徒培训教育”（Work Base Learning + Apprenticeship） iFUTURE ，让无法升学的学子，有机会在私人教育单位技职学习，同时也以学徒方式投身职场，让他们在岗位中，从基本学习到认识的当中进而累积经验而得到认可。

The International Futures Education Association (IFEA), in collaboration with a number of colleges and the private sector, has launched Work Base Learning + Apprenticeship (iFUTURE), which gives low income family students who are unable to pursue further education the opportunity to work and study at the same time to join the workplace as apprentices.

iFUTURE 名额暂定为近200个。通过这个项目，B40 家庭的学生和没有学历或技术资格的人将有机会获得与他们的知识和技能相匹配的学术资格，而且学费全免。

There are 200 full scholarships available in the IFUTURE programme. Through this programme, students from B40 families and people without academic or technical qualifications will have the opportunity to obtain an academic qualification that matches their knowledge and skills.
